Hon. Vincent Awar Aondoakaa (JP), is a Member of the Governing Board of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission. He is a naAve of Tse - Ikorkpev, Gwer - West Local Government Area of Benue State in Nigeria. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public AdministraAon and Policy Analysis, he also holds an advanced diploma in Personnel Management, a Bachelor of EducaAon Degree (B.ED) and Nigerian CerAficate in EducaAon (NCE). He also is a fellow of the InsAtute of corporate AdministraAon. His admirable work experience range from 1971 as a teacher in RCM Primary School, 1986 as ExecuAve Chairman Gwer Local Govt. Authority, in 1992 he was appointed Director - General(Permanent Secretary) in charge of Commerce, Industries, Co-operatives and Tourism in Benue State of Nigeria with Government Secondary School, North Bank Makurdi from 1983 to 1986, was the ExecuAve Chairman Gwer Local Government Authority from 1986 to 1987, he has also worked with the Civil Service of Benue State a[er which he voluntarily reAred with full benefits. His hobbies are; reading, badminton, table tennis and animal husbandry. He is happily married with five children. |

Onyeluka Igbonoba was born in Ibusa, Delta state; in 1989 he was admitted into the University of Lagos to study History and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Arts. After his NaHonal Youth Service in 1995, he went into private business (Automobiles) and was the Chief ExecuHve Officer of Johan Nigeria Ltd. In 2002, he obtained a Masters in InternaHonal Law and Diplomacy. He could not resist the lure and love for public service, so in October 2009, he accepted an appointment to serve as the Special Assistant to the Honorable Commissioner Local Government and ChieFaincy affairs in Delta State. He was re-appointed to this position in November 2010. Prior to his appointment, he was special assistant to the state chairman, Peoples DemocraHc Party, Delta State Chapter. Mr. Onyeluka Igbonoba is happily married and has three lovely children. |
