EKPE ADOLPHUS JOE, Director General

Ekpe Adolphus Joe, the Director – General of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, is 52 years old, born on October, 15th 1961. He is a native of Opume, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State in Nigeria.

He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance, PGDE in Economics and BSc. In Economics. He has also attended several professional courses in regulation and risk management in the capital market, both in Nigeria and oversees.

He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, also a member of the Technical Committee (TC) of the National Council on Privatization (NCP) and was a Non Executive Director, Keystone Bank Ltd.

He has worked with Rivers State Post Primary School Board as a Master Grade 2 Teacher.

Prior to his present appointment as the Director – General of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, he worked with The Nigerian Stock Exchange from 1990 as an Executive Assistant and rose to the position of AGM/Head of Training in 2012.

His hobbies include football, swimming, table tennis and gardening. He is happily married with children.

Adamu Mohammed Sifawa, Administration & Finance Director

Adamu Muhammad Sifawa is Fifty Two (54) years of age from Sokoto State Nigeria, and possesses a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Post Graduate in Management Studies, Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, HND, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Usman Danfodio University Sokoto respectively, along with other Professional and Fellowship Certificates. He is also a patron of student unions and other social and religious organizations.
    
He has worked in all three tiers of government as the former Hon. Commissioner for Commerce, Industries, Cooperatives and Tourism in Sokoto State, Permanent Secretary in the State Public Service, Executive Secretary Pension Board, Local Government Secretary to the sultanate Council and Sokoto State Council of Chiefs among others. He transferred to Federal service and currently is director of Administration and Finance National Lottery Regulatory Commission, The Presidency.
    
Altogether he has over Twenty Four (24) years cognate experience in Senior Management positions. He equally attended courses on relevant skills of Capacity Building and Management Competence. His Attributes to the industry and avowed commitment to organisational goals coupled with team spirit are the driving force in the administrative capacity.

He is happily married with children and strives daily to ensure his wealth of experience as the Commission’s Director of Administration and Finance adds great value to the growth and development of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission
 

Sajo D. Mohammed, Enforcement & Compliance Director

Mr. Sajo D. Mohammed was born in 1960, he hails from Adamawa State, North-East Nigeria. He obtained a degree in Law from the University of Maiduguri in 1985. Following which he attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos and was called to bar in 1986.
    
He joined the Department of State Service and rose through the ranks. He was appointed as the Chief Intelligence Office to the former Vice-President, a position he held from the year 1999 to 2007. He held other commanding positions in the service from 2007 to 2009, In April 2009 he joined as the NLRC as Director of Enforcement and Compliance.
    
In his 22 years of meritorious service, Mr Mohammed has travelled to all States of the Federation and several other countries of the world including France, USA, United Kingdom, China, Brazil, South Africa and Kenya. Among Several courses, he attended a course on National and International Security at Harvard University, Boston, USA in 2005.

Sajo Mohammed is happily married with children.     Apart from being an active basketball player his hobbies include watching football, athletics and boxing.

Prince E. Oladiran Jeminiwa, Regulation & Monitoring Director

PRINCE Jeminiwa, Emmanuel Oladiran, Acting Director (Regulatory and Monitoring Department) of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, is 56 years old, born on March, 12th 1957. He is a native of Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

He holds a Masters in Environmental Management (MEM).

He has also attended several professional courses. He is a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Fellow Institute of Corporate Administration (CAI), Fellow Hospitality and Tourism Management Association of Nigeria (HATMAN), Fellow West African Society for communication and Administration (FWASCA), Member Special Marshall (FRSC), Member NBTE Accreditation Team (Tourism Programme), Member of ASCON (ASCONIAN) TOPO, Badagary, External Examiner (Tourism Programme), Federal College of Wildlife management, New Bussa, Niger State. He was also an External Examiner (Tourism Programme) Federal University of Technology, Ede, Osun State

He has also published Articles, Seminar papers and Papers to Special Audience, among which includes, an overview of the Multifaceted Opportunities and Attendant Challenges in the Business of Lottery.
